1. credit card details must be given to secure the room

2. if booking is cancelled five days or more before arrival date there is no charge

3. if booking is cancelled within five days of arrival date the first night will be charged

4. on departure guests can pay any way they wish, but please note there will be a 2% charge on total bill for using a credit card

5. check in time - 1300hrs (1pm) check out time - 1000hrs (10am)

6. guests arriving early can leave their luggage until the room is ready. guests without cars can leave their luggage until train or bus times

7. an approximate time of arrival would be appreciated

8. breakfast served 0730hrs (7.30am) until 0845hrs (8.45am)

9. guests wishing an early departure can have a packed lunch instead of breakfast
